By transforming local fruit into our delicious Cherry Vinegar, we're creating innovative value-added farm products that help secure the future of cherry farming right here in Leelanau County and Grand Traverse. The Role: Your Chance to Shine
As our new Production Manager, you’ll be at the very heart of our operations. You'll be the one steering our daily production processes, from fermentation to shipping, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. We're looking for someone who loves to be hands-on and can manage everything with an eye for detail and a passion for excellence.
Some of the exciting things you'll do include:
- Leading our fermentation and bottling workflows
- Managing inventory and keeping things organized
- Overseeing order fulfillment and shipping to get our products to happy customers
- Conducting quality control and lab analysis
- Creating and managing daily production schedules

Who We're Looking For
You're a natural leader who thrives in a dynamic environment. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and have a positive, proactive mindset. We'd love to see candidates with at least 3+ years of experience in food or beverage production, who are familiar with safety protocols and manufacturing best practices.
If you’re someone who can join a team, bringing both grit and grace, we want to hear from you. The ability to lift up to 55 lbs and a willingness to get your hands dirty are also important!
