Damaged Products
We take great care in our box design and packing to prevent damage from happening to your vinegar. If your Red Truck Cherry Vinegar was damaged in transit we stand ready to make it right for you and we are sorry for the inconvenience. We will need several pictures of the box and product to help us improve our packaging to make certain it doesn't happen again. Please connect with us at hello@redtruckorchards.com .
Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for our Original Cherry Vinegar. All sales are final. For any questions please connect with us at hello@redtruckorchards.com.
Refunds
