Have you ever put raw egg in a drink? This is your chance! The acidity of the lemon juice and Cherry Vinegar combines with the egg white to create an incredible pink foamy head on top of this elegant and delicious mocktail.

Ginger Beer, Cherry Vinegar, freshly squeezed lemon, and egg whites come together to create a zesty blend of flavors in this foamy pink drink!
Ingredients
- 1 oz Red Truck Orchards® Cherry Vinegar
- 1 oz unsweetened cranberry juice
- 1 oz simple syrup (or ½ oz of honey)
- ¾ oz lemon juice (we used freshly squeezed juice from half of one lemon but bottled juice works fine too!)
- One egg white
- Ice, as desired
- 3 oz of ginger beer (to taste, if you don’t like ginger you can swap out for sparkling water)
Directions
Add everything except the ice and ginger beer to a martini shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Add the ice and shake vigorously again for 30 seconds.
Pour a little ginger beer (or sparkling water) into a martini glass, then strain the shaker contents into the glass. The longer you shake, the foamier it gets! If the foam gets too thick you can just skip the straining.
