Ginger Beer, Cherry Vinegar, freshly squeezed lemon, and egg whites come together to create a zesty blend of flavors in this foamy pink drink!
Ingredients

1 oz Red Truck Orchards® Cherry Vinegar

1 oz unsweetened cranberry juice

1 oz simple syrup (or ½ oz of honey)

¾ oz lemon juice (we used freshly squeezed juice from half of one lemon but bottled juice works fine too!)

One egg white
-
Ice, as desired
-
3 oz of ginger beer (to taste, if you don’t like ginger you can swap out for sparkling water)
Directions
Add everything except the ice and ginger beer to a martini shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Add the ice and shake vigorously again for 30 seconds.
Pour a little ginger beer (or sparkling water) into a martini glass, then strain the shaker contents into the glass. The longer you shake, the foamier it gets! If the foam gets too thick you can just skip the straining.

- 1 oz = 1/2 tbsp
- 2 oz = 1 tbsp
