• Tart Cherry Juice: if you have access to tart cherry juice add 4 oz tart cherry juice. If you have tart cherry juice concentrate then add 1 oz of concentrate and 3 oz of your sparkling water

• Sparkling water or probiotic soda (about 4 oz, or to fill your cup)

• Juice of one slice of lime (optional for taste/garnish, we like to add it!)

Optional Ingredients

• 3-5 mint leaves (optional for taste/garnish - muddled or crushed with a spoon)

• 1 tbsp of magnesium powder (optional, to support sleep)
