Absolutely fabulous! I purchased this for a Father’s Day present since my dad grew up going to traverse city. He and my brother are amazing chefs and have a discerning palate, no time for things that aren’t genuinely good. I asked them for a review and they loved it!!! Salad dressing was made extra good. Will be purchasing more for myself and Christmas gifts.

Heard you on NPR. Bought a bottle the same day. It's very tart but I'm liking it. Started adding a tablespoon daily to my morning water. So far so good.

This vinegar is wonderful! We now use it in any recipe where we would use red wine vinegar - it has a much more interesting flavor profile.

I have been adding it to juice or seltzer. A few times I have had it straight. I like the taste. A jolt but in a good way.

The flavor is slightly more tart than apple cider vinegar. It also has beautiful color. It is fabulous in salad dressing. I absolutely love it and have recommended to all my family. Will make great gifts.
